Review: Exactly the cheese slicer I wanted - Ever since experiencing these cheese slicers in Sweden, I have owned one. My previous one had an untimely demise under my boots and didn't slice cheese anymore. I've lost contact with the Swedish people who previously supplied similar ones. I don't like the slicers with the paddle type blade. I find them too difficult to cut even slices of cheese with. I was so happy to find this one to replace the one I managed to destroy! I've now bought a 2nd one, so I always have one clean! I noticed on the 2nd one that the packaging is all cardboard so it can all be recycled.
