Is this a neurosurgery book? I guess not, Questions are mostly on neurology, clinical neurophysiology, pathology, biochemistry and else, pure neurosurgical questions account 30% or less of total. Of course it is necessary to ask questions about some aforementioned subjects to a neurosurgeon but this is too much. If there is a neurosurgeon who is able to correctly answer 90% of these questions, it means there is no need for neurologists, clinical neurophysiologists, neuropathologists, and neuroscientists in the world. I am very confident about my neurosurgical knowledge, and my correct answers in this book is 54%
