A: 25 inches,very nice fit and stay up ,I am tall and these fit very well

A: Yes, they are open toed

**Q: What is the amount of pressure in these hose?**
A: The pressure is adequate to prevent blood clots. My husband had them on after knee surgery. They are snug. We placed a plastic grocery bag on his foot to assist with pulling them on.
