All paperwork was there. The bezel doesn’t rotate, but I don’t know that I have ever used that feature. I had the band adjusted at my local jeweler and they confirmed it was NOT fake and said I got a steal (even though it is discontinued). **Q: Is this a fake watch? or is it just a wrong description?** A: Who would make a "fake" $175 watch - what would be the point. It took some getting used to with the traditional "second hand" being used for the tachymeter (stopwatch, if you will). The glow-in-the-dark feature for the watch hands is nice, and stays "lit" most of the night, but isn't too bright to keep you awake. Not having to change the battery every year will be a bonus. The watch looks really nice, is very easy to adjust for correct size/fit, and seems to be keeping the correct time.
