Purely Stunning and Full of Features
Reviewing the ASUS 29" Ultrawide Monitor...I have spent weeks researching the perfect monitor to upgrade my home studio's needs. I do light gaming, audio recording and production, video editing, and image rendering. I recently upgraded a 10-year old PC with a new 600W power supply, SSD primary drive, and an Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti GPU. I needed a monitor that was large, fast, crisp, and true in color. I also needed something that is affordable, physically adjustable, and well-constructed.In short, this product nailed every single one of my needs. I detect no pixel walking, backlight IPS glow, or system incompatibility. I have always trusted ASUS products, and this monitor fully lived up to my expectations. The price point was almost, suspiciously, too good to be true, but so far so good...

Looks great, but it had some missing screws
The monitor looks great, better than expected, it has a warm tone out of the box. Gave it 4 Stars because it was missing the screws to attach the monitor to the base-pole.

Bad @$$ Monitor for cheap
So, after tons of research I decided to go with this monitor for budgeting purposes. If this is your price range I CANNOT recommend this monitor enough! The colors are super vivid and it runs most games REALLY well! I was pulling 150 FPS at ultra high settings and it looked incredible. If you’re looking for a budget friendly starting to mid range monitor this is your guy

Good no frills monitor, but, SO MUCH BLUE LIGHT!
After a several month of use I am pretty satisfied with this monitor. I just needed a larger no frills monitor for coding and conferencing. My biggest complaint is that for a monitor with so many setting to protect your eyes from blue light, whenever my computer turns off or goes to suspend the screen goes completely, blindingly bright blue which defeats all the settings to protect your eyes, and your sleep. My second point of contention is its poor design. For such a large monitor there is only one VESA mount, and it is in a curved, circular recess (and used by the foot stand which you can't piggy-back on). You can't really mount a mini pc on the back which is so common these days even with an extension.

Great Product for its price.
My only nitpick would be the screen's height. So keep that in mind. But overall loving it.

Terrible. Don’t do it.
Screen size is terrible. Things are shrunk vertically making it hard to view. It’s wide yes. But if you like straight on, it gets distorted side to side so you have to move your head side to side if that makes sense. Sent it back.

Great monitor
Great monitor for what I wanted it for. Easy to see when I split the screen into two screens. I really like that it can be easily adjusted up and down as well as tilted.

The whitest whites and the blackest blacks.
The color depth on this monitor is second to none. Turning the blue light filter all the way off will show you the true colors other monitors don't show you. I had Dell monitors and AOC monitors and none of them display such a nice white as this one. Also has a nice trace free function which basically makes it look and feel like a 120hz monitor. As well as a VividPixel option which can increase image sharpening on the monitor so your GPU doesn't need to work harder to do it via overlay effects. Also compatible with Gsync via Freesync. Best monitor configuration for gaming is as follows.Standard Mode. Blue Light Filter 0. Color Augmentation 60 for all values RGYB. Brightness 100 Contrast 90. Color Temp Normal. Trace Free 60 (any higher causes ghosting). VividPixel 25 (higher may cause visual grain). FreeSync ON. NVIDIA Control Panel --> Digital Vibrance 80. G-Sync ON.Once you go ultrawide you can never go back. It is ironic that the best feature of this monitor is being able to disable the blue light filter when it was built with blue light filter to protect your eyes in mind. Most monitors have a soft nonadjustable bluelight filter making white pages appear to have a yellowish tint. Not this one. :)

Decent, no frills, needs higher resolution
Decent no frills monitor, needs higher resolution for sharper image. It has the same resolution as 24 inch FHD monitor with pixels density about 96 px/inch which delivers mediocre image quality.

Great Monitor
had this monitor for a month now to go with my MacBook Air, works great.pros:smallest base for this size monitor, fits on my small desk. most monitors this size have a huge stand.also monitor adjust up and down and tilts also.really good for office type work and household items.
