12" x 30 ft premium Matte White adhesive vinyl roll. This permanent adhesive vinyl is compatible with all personal hobby and craft cutters and can be used in many applications including Windows, car decals, signs, stencils, scrap booking or any permanent application. It can be used indoors but is waterproof and weather resistant making it the ideal craft vinyl choice for outdoor applications. Stronger than Cricut vinyl, comparable to Oracle 651 Black, and cuts/ weeds as easily. Frisco Craft intermediate 3 mil vinyl has lower shrinkage and better color stability than other films resulting in up to 5 year durability. Review: This is great! - I’ve always hated permanent vinyl. It either doesn’t cut properly, weed nicely, or apply nicely. This seems to do all 3 well! The backing is semi- transparent, which is helpful to see exactly what is left after weeding. Cuts were very easily visible and it cut perfectly on the “Premium Vinyl” default pressure setting on my Cricut Maker. Braying before and after the cut was key, I think in the success I saw in the consistency of the cuts. I purchased Matte White- a very nice pure white color. One of the problems I have always had with permanent vinyl is that pieces don’t stay on their backing while weeding and slide around out of place. This doesn’t do that! Frisco is definitely now my preferred brand for PSV!

I’ve been using the Frisco Craft matte white permanent vinyl for a variety of projects (decals, labels, and small signs), and overall it’s a solid budget-friendly option ,The vinyl cuts well on my Cricut and weeds pretty easily, even for moderately detailed designs.

I’ve always hated permanent vinyl. It either doesn’t cut properly, weed nicely, or apply nicely. This seems to do all 3 well! The backing is semi- transparent, which is helpful to see exactly what is left after weeding. Cuts were very easily visible and it cut perfectly on the “Premium Vinyl” default pressure setting on my Cricut Maker. Braying before and after the cut was key, I think in the success I saw in the consistency of the cuts. I purchased Matte White- a very nice pure white color.
