The Pros:The chipper is well made. Feels heavy-duty and comes packaged extremely well. It actually takes a bit of time to get it off the pallet — well worth it. Anything maximum size and below is chewed up easily which was my greatest concern when evaluating this unit. Large diameter can be fed through it (within reason) if you are patient.The Cons:The tongue has a support foot that enables you to connect to the chipper to tow it by keeping it elevated at the same height as your tow vehicle's hitch. This system is worthless and seems like an afterthought. It feels junky and doesn't work without modifying it. Even then it isn't easy to use. The knob that tightens the system in place is poorly engineered. You WILL be disappointed in this feature. The good news is it is a very nice chipper. Just know you'll have to modify this important feature.The only other thing is that the top feeder is supposed to accept leaves and small branches. It does and it doesn't. Leaves can easily get jammed before reaching the cutters and you have to dislodge them with a thicker branch. So, feeding them in correctly and in the right amount is important. If you do get them stuck. Be really careful as this thing is powerful and will grab whatever you are using to shove them toward the cutters.
