There are extra ingredients in the Leg Cramps PM pills that also help you sleep better and help some with restless legs. Sometimes these pills (both products) work for him and sometimes they do not. There is another product Cramp 911, that is not a pill, but a roll-on. You roll it on as you would a roll on deodorant. It is much more expensive, but is also much more effective. At least it is in my husband's experience. It comes in a couple sizes and is available on Amazon.com. The large one is 21ML and the small one is 4.5 ML. This roll on gives almost instant relief. I used it on one occasion and the cramp disappeared in less than 10 seconds.
