The C44 continues to be our best selling toy and we never seem to be able to keep them in stock. **Q: Is this one battery powered? And if not, do you sell ones that are battery powered?** A: Thanks for the question! No, this is not battery powered. We manufacture wooden toy trains that are "kid-powered", meaning not batteries. :) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Train *by B***Y on July 29, 2026* Detailed, durable, and the kid loves it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's made of wood. *by D***O on April 17, 2025* My son liked it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Favorite birthday gift! *by L***7 on October 27, 2019* My Grandson wanted this for his birthday for the last few years.
