I have ran two spools of wire through this. This welds aluminum very well. Setup is very easy. Welding with aluminum wire it like using solid core mig but it's aluminum and you will be welding at a little faster pace. We have the same one at work on a Miller welder. Clean surfaces before welding. Make sure the grou d clamp is on what you are welding for best results.
