Recently the App has not been working but customer support has been actively trying to identify our issues to help resolve. Still impressed with how well this clock consistently performs. Just Recently ordered their new carry bag. Still works with remote though bluebtooth allows more flexibility. Customer service is fast and engaged.

Great timer, easy to see from a distance. Have used for both count down and count up functions. Only issue is that the remote responsiveness seems to lag a bit.
