Amazon sent me a MAM bottle as part of the registry gift. I never gave it a second thought. My baby still had not reached her birth weight a month in. We struggled so much to feed her. She was tiny, 5lbs. I had tried so many bottles and none worked. She would shake her head and only eat 1 oz at a time usually in like 45 minutes. We changed the bottles, the water, the temp, the nipples. Nothing worked. We were even hospitalized for this. Until I found this bottle again! It has a square looking nipple which is weird to look at but my baby has absolutely loved it! It has changed our feeding and now she drinks 4 oz at a time in less than 15 mins! Absolutely give this a chance! I don’t love the design and do notice her being gassy all the time so it doesn’t prevent gas like other bottle designs but I am so willing to deal with that in exchange for actually being able to feed my baby! There does seem to be slight water coming out of it when you share it but I think that’s just water in crevices from when you wash it. I don’t believe it actually leaks. Either way, we are absolutely so happy to find these bottles!! Wish more large bottles came with the kit. The color is cute, hate that I have to pour the milk to another container to measure her intake if she doesn’t finish the bottle since you can’t see 2 oz under. Lastly it is inconvenient how hard it is to take the cap off the nipple when ready to feed. The binkys that came with it were a win win although I do believe they might be different sizes as I find one of them to be a bigger size than the rest.
