VG after a learning curve
After a few days attempts, succeeded in removing lenses at the first attempt. Don't blink at the crucial moment. Can be kept sterile in their plastic containers.

DO NOT BUY
Sadly these do not work on hard or gas permeable contact lenses

Better than using my finger to remove lenses
Since I started wearing monthly contact lenses, I really struggled to remove them with my finger after a days wear with lots of eye watering and scratched red eyes so I thought I would give these a try. These do the job just fine. You have to attach to the edge of the lenses to avoid gripping and pulling your actual eye as well but I have quickly perfected the technique. They are quite thin which makes them difficult to grip if you have big stumpty fingers.I use a fresh one each month in line with my lenses and fill the tube with contact lens solution overnight to keep clean.

Does the job for me
Thought this deserved a review... I mean, what are people doing with these to fail to get them to work?!They're a vacuum design (cavity down the centre so you have to squeeze/pinch them to get them to attach to the lens, then let go). Brilliant thing about this is that another squeeze 'lets go' so you can use them to insert a lens as well.I've got big 18mm RGP lenses and clumsy fingers so rely on an accessory like this. Two seconds to insert, same to remove. Works for me.

Tricky to use
A lot smaller than I imagined and tricky to use, it requires a more acute sense of vision than I have before getting the contact lense in!

Didn’t work for me
Yeah, don’t bother. Once you’ve fiddled with the lens to attach it to this you might just as well shove it in by hand and as for removing them it suctions nicely pulls your eye a bit and fails to remove the lens. I missed the phd in how to use this correctly so may have missed something but I doubt it

Easier for removing lenses
Always use this when taking out contact lenses

Zero dexterity. This solves it.
I can never get my contacts in manually. I use rigid lens.Soon as I bought these I had a chance of getting stuff into my eyes.Extends reach and range, means that I can put them in with my rough eyes.
