It dried VERY quickly and the poster board never separated from the cardboard while we rode around town on the golf cart. I definitely plan to use it on other projects.

It is not waterproof and does not have any strong chemical odors. I have been using a small bottle and mixing with half hot water mixture along edges of fabric that are not hemmed or seamed. Very easy to open, use, dilute, store, and works great full-strength can dry a bit thick, so a dilution works great for my project and makes this a great value for the price.
