If you use silicone kitchen tools, any worry about peeling does not exist, at least not for me. I say that because one person complained about peeling. I think there was a good chance he used metal utensils. There is no need to use metal utensils on any kind of wok. I dont know why many Asians do that. I have used this wok about 4 times a week for 7 mos. It is like new. It is very non stick and washes clean easily. I live alone and its great for me. I put a lot of stuff in it. I dont know if its big enough for two. You can also use it to scramble eggs and types of omelets and other. OK, its a really nice pan. Go for it.
