Review: Works for home koi pond - My small koi pond was full of algae due to direct sunlight for more than 10 hours a day. Despite 2 UV lamps algae still cover 70% of the sides and base. 2 weeks after applying Pondworx the base and sides began to clear up to 40% and the aeration pumps also became more vigorous! Bought second bottle already!
Review: It works - highly recommended - My garden has a very large natural pond which unfortunately had a problem with biofilm. I used the full container of PondWorx Pond Bacteria and the following day the pond was much improved; a couple of days on and the pond has greatly improved and the water is clear. I can actually see the fish again, which by the way are unharmed. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use periodically or should the pond have another problem with biofilm. Depending on the size of your pond it could become expensive, however this works.

This bacteria works great. I start using it in the spring and before long, maybe a couple of months all the sludge in the bottom of the pond is just gone. If you want to accelerate the process, I noticed if you add an air hose to the area it works even faster
