Review: Beautiful matte black addition, excellent quality to our new bathroom reno - I can’t speak for how easy or not it was to install as our builders did that but it looks great. The plug cap is plastic which I didn’t know/like when I saw it but once installed it made no different and feels smooth and durable. Delivery was fast and the look is exactly what we were going for to have some mixed metals in the bathroom with matte black accents and polished chrome. **Q: Pop up drain doesn’t go down when in the sink. Anybody else have this issue?**
A: No issue at all on mine. I had it professionally installed.

**Q: Anyone have a problem with the gold never looking clean or having dark finger marks?**
A: I haven’t had an issue with it changing colors. But I tend to wipe down my faucet and sink top after each use. I love Thais Ryle sink that I got a second one for another home.

**Q: Upon opening, one handle is chipped on the front. How can I receive a new handle?**

I can’t speak for how easy or not it was to install as our builders did that but it looks great. The plug cap is plastic which I didn’t know/like when I saw it but once installed it made no different and feels smooth and durable. Delivery was fast and the look is exactly what we were going for to have some mixed metals in the bathroom with matte black accents and polished chrome. The mirror is from Amazon too Arcus Home Black Arched mirror

I love these! They look great with my new white shaker vanity. When they were installed as you can see on the handles or’s little scratches that’s from coming out of the boxes now the ring around the Fossett itself. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be there. Don’t know if they’re just defective or what. This it was worth the money. I bought a second set from my other bathroom and they went up by 50 bucks almost. I understand things are going up but these ones were brand-new out of the box and they’re defective or I don’t know they came like this. I paid this money for these. I love the color and I love the style and I love them. fresh nickel is what I went with.
