If that's the case then a ratio of 10:1 would be twice as potent as a ratio of 5:1. Consider both packages have the same amount of product (weighs the same). Cistanche is perfect for me as it is strong but gentle and has little of the risks that some of the "harsher" yang tonics pose. Within a few days of adding this to my regime I felt a subtle calm and a bit deeper sleep. Looking forward to increasing benefits. I do suggest starting slowly as tonifying take time for the body to process.
