Professional Grade Mildew Stain Remover removes unsightly mildew and mold stains from fiberglass, vinyl, wood, concrete, plastic or painted surfaces in seconds. It begins working on contact. Once that was clean, I thought I would try it in our shower which is travertine with grout. I sprayed it on the grout that had some orangeish mold and went in another room for a while. When I came back, all the mold was completely gone! No scrubbing needed. I will say it is bleach-based, so it has a strong scent. The spray does have a little bleach smell, but it evidently didn’t harm the colors of my chairs. Upon arrival, there was evidence it had leaked a little but nothing terribly. **Q: Is this product really good?**
A: I used it to get mildew off my RV awning.    It did a really good job but areas where it was a lot more mildew I had to also use a scrub brush.  So, all-in-all it did a pretty good job.

**Q: Can my baby use this product a lot?**
A: Never!

**Q: Is this product really as good as advertised?**
A: It did an outstanding job on mildew on our boat’s seats.  We felt it lived up to the hype.

**Q: does this have a strong odor?  do i need to keep the windows open while using it?**
A: I usually don’t use any harsh chemicals when cleaning so to me, yes, strong odor but I opened a small bathroom window and blew a fan for a few hours and it cleared up quickly.

Make sure you let it sit. Works better than scrubbing it first. It cleaned up decades old mildew and mold on some composite decking steps. It even brought the original color back.
