Also, I'd like to add, I'm using a bunch of different SFP+ cables for my Unifi equipment. I'm yet to run into an SFP+ compatibility issue across the different variations I've used. It's honestly unnecessary because the PC's on my network will never get 10G, but it's nice to know the bandwidth is there and maximized.
