Excellent little heater
Delivered on time & well packaged.Excellent for warming individual rooms rather that put the central heating on for the whole bungalow.Timer & thermostat included & flame effect light is excellent.

OBSESSED WITH THIS HEATER: INVEST IN HIGHER QUALITY AND CHOOSE THIS ONE!
I love this heater, you can just tell how high quality it is. Remote works perfectly, love the ceramic heating system and the nice fire effect - really makes it feel cozy. I am happy I spent the money to buy a quality one as oppossed to a cheaper brand I hadn't heard of that would probably just break! I 100% recommend :) thanks!

Great heater
I recently got my first Black Decker Heater with Remote Control, and it's fantastic! The 2000 W power heats up my room quickly. The oscillating feature ensures even warmth, and the sleek black design fits perfectly with my decor. The remote control is a game-changer for adjusting settings from my bed. While the electricity bill may be a bit higher, the benefits outweigh the cost. I highly recommend it for effectiveness, convenience, and style.

Not just noisy, but with a weird frog noise!
We read a load of reviews for this product and decided to buy this model. It looks kinda cute with the 'stone'. Quickly unboxed and set up, the problems are twofold. 1. you can't reduce the fan speed so you're stuck with a fairly vigorous fan even if you only want a very gentle output. 2. when you turn the light on with the glow stone, you get some kind of weird frog noise!! Totally weird and immediately knew we couldn't live with that kind of ridiculous noise. Granted you begin to stop hearing it, but really couldn't be bothered to have a talking point whenever somebody comes into the house, stops and asks "what's that weird noise". So, sadly it had to go. On the plus side, anybody who isn't troubled by these things, it heats up instantly and immediately kicks out heat. Watch out for that though, as it is a dry heat and won't suit everyone. The controls were good and it's a pity becuase the programming features were just what we wanted.

Great heater, only con is faint flame noise
Love this heater. The only downside is that when it turns off upon reaching the target temperature, it's flame imitation is producing a faint churning noise that's a bit annoying. Fortunately, the flame effect can be turned off.
