This vfd was pretty much plug and play, no real programming needed to work with my setup. Would also work with a higher voltage 380v motor, if you change that setting. Even works on my GFCI outlet, perhaps the other reviewer had their outlet or motor wired wrong. Would buy again for projects that use a 2hp or less motor! It cost me just over a hundred on sale, which is a good deal if it keeps working.
