Works great, super easy to use. My 72 year old mom can use it with ease. I was surprised at some of the pieces it split with no problem

Went through 2 of these. both would not work out of the box (required heavy adjustment of the moving head to get it unstuck). Sent inquiries to the company. no response.

Great piece equipment well made and splits effortlessly. Must have if you are fireplace nut like me that wants the right size wood

Does a good job, but has hydraulic fluid release valve that locks up, but simple to fix. Just a pain when you're half through the job.

Splitter is advertised rated at 6.5 tonActually only 6 ton , if I wanted a 6 ton I would have bought one.I wanted the extra capacity.Unit works fine . Just not what I ordered.

This splitter is a great value and very easy to use. So far I’ve split a full cord of wood without a single problem. Delivered quickly without any issues. Instructions are easy to follow. Only assembly was to put on the wheels. Totally worth the small investment.

Bought this splitter instead of renting a gas splitter for the day. Definitely a good purchase, the splitter handled 99% of what I threw at it and made light work out of splitting a decent amount of logs. It's a great "homeowner" option if you have the occasional need and want the convenience of owning vs renting. The one thing I would change is the switch system so that you could use one hand to guide the log while the other activates the ram. The way it is set up is that you activate the motor by pushing a button with your right hand and you use your left hand to activate the ram.

Packaging fell short. Box was open and assembly parts missing. In addition several bolts had been sheared off due to the rough handling/inadequate packaging. Typical low grade foam mold is not adequate to keep the beast from moving around. After a full inspection I contacted the company and they were very helpful about sending me out the odd bolts, washers, and nuts. Unfortunately, several of the nuts still snapped off under very limited torque. Went and purchased M6 and finished assembly. Easy to work but best to be in some open space as some logs have stored potential and can launch 10+ feet upon splitting. We'll see how it holds up over time for a true assessment.
