A: Hi there!  It is liquid only.  We ferment the beets and strain them out.  Most of the nutrients are absorbed into the liquid so you get the maximum nutritional benefit.

**Q: what is calorie count per oz**
A: 2.5 calories per ounce.  Thanks for asking!

**Q: Is this product raw**
A: Yes, it is raw and is a live culture probiotic drink.  To preserve the probiotic bacteria and nutrients, we do not pasteurize any of our products.

**Q: Am i supposed to refrigerate after opening?**
A: Hi there!  It is not necessary as the kvass is a raw, live culture food however we do recommend it as it will help preserve the flavor.  Thanks!

I wasn't familiar with this brand,neigther with this product but thought I would give it a try. I thruly like it more than some of the other similar products of this nature and will continue buying it. Good price for the size of the container. Very good neutral taste also. I really like it. Keep in mind that it needs to be refrigereted after the jar is open, anyways it comes with the detailed instructions. Probiotics like this are good for gut health, added to salads, smoothies etc.
