The slide out is steady and tight but the rest of the coach still shimmies when someone is walking through it even with all stabilizers down and adjusted tight. Other than that they aren't heavy and work great. I'd say they are a must have. This provided instant added stability taking away 90% of side to side rocking. With each rated at 5 k lbs each, together they could take more than half my 5th wheels total weight of 15,500 lbs. Easy to install just adjust height to closest setting by pin holes, pin it then adjust till tight with bolt and lever provided. Only con is no indication on where to place it on slide.
