Such awful quality balloons. Started losing air within an hour of blowing them. The confetti balloons have clouded. Ordered this for my daughter's first birthday. Very disappointed.

Used less than half of the balloon provided in kit, pack was missing a balloon tie piece. Overall: good quality balloons, plenty of them, and simple instructions.
