This gives excellent nutritiion! My goldfish seem to love it and it doesn't cloud the water. I gave some crumbled finely crumbled to my now month old baby goldfish. A load of them have grown exceptionally well and we have nicknamed them 'the whales'. Growth of the already adult goldfish seems nornal. This food floats on the surface and then slowly sinks. It doesn't seem to cloud the water. I am careful not to overfeed and have good double filtration and a well-cycled tank of course. It's the best alternative I have found to the API goldfish food that seems to have been discontinued.
