GIR spatulas, I also have the Skinny, live up to their features- sturdy, heat resistant, and well-designed. I like to use the GIR Ultimate for more heavier and bigger mixing jobs that are too much for my GIR Skinny. I was pleasantly surprised on how well this scrapes the bowl compared to my regular sized OXO spatula.
