**Q: do these pants have a stretch waist band**
A: No, it's normal waist band

**Q: Is the Dark Pebble color true to the photo or does it become lighter or darker in person?**
A: Mine appeared to be a little darker than the photo.  It could be that the light on the photographed pants made them look lighter than mine do. I did not consider returning them.

**Q: Mens pants 44 waist x 30short**
A: I purchased size 40x32.

**Q: Is this pant pleated?**
A: No pleats but has cuffs.

Pants look fine, fit fine, are OK for office work and at this price point, they're worth it. Not too sturdy, and show their wear after 2-3 months. I'm a little troubled by the name, though. What does "Docker" mean? Is it a person who works at a dock? These surely aren't the right pants for that job. Is a "docker" someone who punishes people, as is "dock your pay"? Did they mean to say, "Doctor"? Are these pants for doctors? It's pretty disconcerting, wearing pants with an ambiguous name. Anyway, if you can look beyond the name, the pants are "OK", so I gave them 4 stars.
