The big difference to look for is the Original Lava that doesn't say with moisturizers. It is the only one that has no scent. But the only way to buy it is as a 6 pack. **Q: how long do 1 soap bar last?** A: I use Lava as my only soap. 3 months for washing hands/face (exfoliates). 1.5 months for showers.
