Worked for 3 days.
Worked for about 3 days. So I emailed support to ask if there was something I was doing wrong (pretty sure I was doing it right) and the person in the support center emailed back and said she/he would ask "the head chemist" and get back to me... never have heard another thing and this has been over half a year.
