Don't use if your skin is sensitive.Like any back support (and good for that over a top) just with the ability to make you go hot.Once you're hot your sweat. Simple, but occasionally uncomfortable so you'd need to get used to it. Easily it can sting, and I mean STING. Whatever it has to react with skin to increase temperature as just at the skin level and leaves marks. I don't think this does the intended purpose of a targeted sauna effect.

I had a similar belt before that kept coming undone and smelt very bad from perspiration. This one stays on nice and tight and feels so much better. Great for weight loss but can get a little hot if you leave on all night at work like me. Also great for back support and for keeping the tum tucked in. Would highly recommend 5 stars :)

belt works great heats up till point of its to much then take it of you still feel burning quite while after an as far as i can see its working lower ab area looking slimmer but thats with hour cardio whilst wearing it.gd product to date so far .

Really good peice of kit. I saw noticeable losses of body fat after 2 weeks.That being said, if you do not exercise and eat well this will not work. The best time to use it, I found, is during workouts.
