Just bought alienware 15 r4 very happy with the product same as described i contacted seller is really helpfull appriciate it .

Would be good, expect it’s horrible for the following reasons 1. There’s ALWAYS something breaking on it. For example, currently my touchpad broke out of the blue and when i fixed that then the keys stopped working and I can’t even sign in or fix it. If someone has a solution, please help me. I tried rebooting it and I tried everything, nothing’s working.
