Amazing Big Time Saver!
The media could not be loaded. I have had this litter bot for more than a year now and it has been working wonderfully for my 1 cat! I’m very satisfied with it!---------------PROS:- Many self-cleaning options: You can set it to automatically clean every x amount of time, or x amount of time after your cat went, or manual if you’re scared of your cat getting stuck. There’s also an empty option to empty out the soiled litter to clean out the robot.- Good Sensor: I tested by putting my foot where the tray and dome meet when it’s cleaning and it was able to detect my feet even when the machine barely touched it! It also backed out when it detected it hit something. I think it also detects when a cat is peeking into it as well since I noticed it stopped when my cat pokes his head a bit far to look inside.- Easy to Clean: It’s very easy to take apart to clean the dome. The top hood and the base can’t be sprayed with water according to the manual, so you can just wipe those down.- App tracking: The app can tell you when the tray is full, when filter needs replacement, when litter needs replacement, when your cat pooped/peed, your cat’s weight, and the environment in the litter box. It can also detect multiple cats but I only have 1 so not too sure about that.- No Smell: It significantly decreased the smell when compared to my old open litter box! It still depends greatly on the quality of your litter though, as I bought cheaper litter and it smelled.- Cat Approved: it was very easy for my cat to transition into using this litter robot! Might depend on the cat though.CONS:- Hard to move around/carry: If you need to move this around, it will be very hard because of its round shape. It’s difficult to move it around without it tipping or falling. This is probably a 2 person item.- App tracking can be misleading at times: I noticed that sometimes it showed him peed when he actually pooped, and pooped when he actually peed… so I don’t think I would trust this too much, but the rest seems accurate.- Big & bulky: It’s pretty big and I sometimes move between houses along with my cat, so sometimes I wished I got a smaller one so I can put it in my car. But that’s alright, since I bought a regular closed litter box to move around when I’m away from my main place.- Litter can get stuck on the ceiling & crevices inside the robot: This happens when it spins, and it also has some screws in there that I noticed can be a soiled litter magnet. I would recommend cleaning the dome by itself with a hose every few weeks to prevent this.- May require stairs for the cat: I feel like the entrance is a little high up, so This is probably not ideal for older cats unless you buy them the stairs. My cat is not old but I bought him a stepping stool to help, which is a lot more affordable than the brand’s stairs.---------------The cons I listed weren’t particularly deal breakers for me since I mostly cared about how it cleans and its safety features for my cat!Tips: It was easy for my cat to transition to the new litter robot, but here are some tips. I put his old litter into the new robot so it has his scent on it. I put it where his old litter box was. I also carried him to it and placed him inside to smell it. Lastly, I sat with him while he was looking at it when it’s cleaning so he knows that it’s harmless.Overall, I would 100% recommend this self-cleaning litter robot!

Company stands by their product and it shows.
*Update*The company reached out to me and sent a replacement litter box. I have had zero problems with the new one. I was able to sync to the app right away and completed set up in no time. We have had zero errors so far and the cats are thrilled with it. I think a little too much as I get notified every time they enter and well they enter a lot lol.I put the product up to 5 stars from 2 because the company went out of their way to handle the problem and quickly. And the product is great I’m so happy with it now. I think the other one had to be damaged in transit or something. But this litter box is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The company stands by their product and that speaks volumes to me as a consumer.*Old*I ordered this cat box February 13th 2025 I can’t tell you how the app part works because I was never able to get it to sync. I followed the instructions and I even contacted the company in which I received no help. I was told to follow additional trouble shooting steps. Which I did but it fixed nothing. So I just gave up on syncing the app because it wasn’t why I bought it in the first. In April the machine started to stop mid turn and had to be restarted, then it started doing this daily, then multiple times a day. Then we started having trouble getting it to restart. We have gotten to the point that it’s causing more hassle then it is helping us and my cats are trying to “go” elsewhere 😡 for now we will be going back to the old fashion way as I don’t know what I can trust anymore especially when they are so pricey.

Three months and no problems
I have had this item for 3 months now and have had no issues. The shipping box was huge, like 3ft tall, but it’s not very heavy. It comes with plenty of bags. I use one every 4-5 days for my 2 adult cats. The outlet plug only takes up half the outlet so something else can be plugged in. I liked that it didn’t hog the entire outlet.I ended up plugging a WiFi range extender into the other half of that outlet. This robot is quiet. I sleep across the hall from it (doors to the rooms open) and have never heard it.I read that the little plate at the bottom of the round entry opening can come off if the cats don’t like it. I didn’t remove mine. You have to press the button on it and cycle it once when you first plug it in.You have to do the initial set up in the phone app. After it is set up it will work without it being on the WiFi, so if the connection drops temporarily, it’s no big deal. Your phone is like the control menu. There are buttons on it to make it clean. There’s not a screen on it so the phone is needed for the menus and to get to the settings. My connection had been going in and out where my WiFi router was so far away, it wasn’t a problem, but I did get a WiFi range extender and it has since not lost connection. The phone alerts you when the bag is full but the indicator on it will also.To set it up, you need to have knowledge of using phone apps and connecting to wifi.** when setting it up, It attempts a Bluetooth connection at first and for me, that failed, but it was okay. I followed the prompts for “manual connection” and it went on through the set up.WiFi set up was easy. ** It will be easy if you follow all the instructions. My signal was very weak in that room. I only got about 6mb on an internet speed test using my phone. It did take me 3 tries because of that weak signal.*** During WiFi connection, if you see a lock light up, no worries. Those 2 buttons lock and unlock the control panel (I guess to keep kids from pushing buttons on it) as well as do the wifi connection. Pushing them again makes the lock go away.It took approximately 5-1/2 lbs of litter to reach the max line. I think I need the entire max for my 2 cats because one is a big guy.If you go past the max line when filling it just gets wasted. You have to cycle after filling and I saw where a lot of mine went in the waste bag where I overfilled it. I put that back in my litter supply. So don’t go over the max. There are 2 settings menus- profile> settings where you set units to lbs and farenheit. There’s the settings under the cat box device (three dots). I posted the list of what all is in there.TIP: If you set it to automatic cleaning, if you set it for 15 min after the cat leaves, the poo is more firm and won’t end up sticking to anything. There is a way to calibrate the weight under device settings > more settings. I did it upon setup with 4 cans of soda. When I first got it, I took their old cat boxes away and put this one near where those were. I put a short step stool up against it but when my cats got used to it, I took the stool away. The first day, one of my cats showed interest in it and snooped around in it. The other one was grumpy, he didn’t like me bothering him when I showed it to him. I scratched their paws in it. They knew where it was and went to it when they had to go. It took about 6 hours. It saves money on litter and significantly keeps the dust down. I get the case of FS cat litter that has 4 smaller bags. I have used 2-1/2 cases of that.
