They have been returned. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great *by H***A on 1 February 2026* Worked great for us, we had stripped screws in an old doorway ### ⭐ Didn't work *by D***G on 9 July 2023* I purchased this based on a YouTube video on how to remove a steel setscrew in an outside faucet/spigot anti-siphon valve. I followed the instructions, the hole I drilled was properly centered in the set screw, the extractor only rounded the hole. I had to use a drill bit to carefully drill out the body of the set screw. Be careful when viewing YouTube videos on products.
