Q: what is the outside diameter of the main tube?

The outside tube is 2 1/4", the inner tube is 2". The LENGTH from the flange to the bottom of the 2 1/4" tube is 6 3/4". Make sure you check both the diameter of your lower hole as well as the distance from the lower hole to the upper hole. In spot checking several RVs around here, most were between 4" and 6" in depth making this jack unusable.

Q: What is the warranty?

It has a one year limited warranty, but this unit is very powerful and is built very sturdy, you probably will never need it. I love this unit. I would rate it a 9 it would be a 10 if it supplied the new mounting bolts.

Q: Does this jack come with a way to raise or lower it incase the motor fails ?

Easy to crank and you will probably need to . Cheap motor- mine died after using it for about 5 time
