Fishing I just took the Daiwa 4500 reel out fishing and the wire bail wouldn't engage when I start a reel to reel and I was just wondering if there's any way I can exchange it for another one so something's wrong with this one

Reel has rubber ring to spool braid directly onto it!
This was a big plus for me. A rubber ring section in the middle of the spool accommodates direct spooling of braid line. No more screwing around with mono and workarounds!Excellent reel and the rod is a plus also
