Disney Junior Lion Guard Hyena Hideout Playset, Officially Licensed Kids Toys for Ages 3 Up by Just Play

The JustPlay "Hyenas Hideout," playset mirrors the functionality of the Season One "Defend The Pride Lands," playset, although in different ways. The bone trap here allows the player to trap a character in the cave, and the lava flow can be raised and lowered to store another captive Outlander or Pridelander. An interesting feature is the detachable trap floor, which allows easy access to the backdrop of the bone cave. Atop the volcano, a boulder can be dropped onto an unsuspecting figure at the bottom of the slope. An included branch allows a character to be trapped and spun around in the air.The buttons do seem a bit TOO subtle and hidden to be easily located, but this makes the playset seem more on model and authentic to the art style of the show. The colors are FABULOUS. These purples and reds give it the classic Disney Villain pop, and stand out in stark contrast to the humble earthy tones of the Defending The Pride Lands playset.The centerpiece of this delightfully devious den is the three inch articulated Janja figure. I previously reviewed the Training Lair and kvetched about Janja's figure having no articulation, so I have to give MAJOR props to Just Play for hearing us out. His figure is true to form, easily poseable, and fits right in with the playset.All in all, this is a great introduction to Season Two's playsets. Just Play, keep doing your thing. This set rules!

My son LOVES lion guard! This is a perfect toy for him to interact and play with his figurines. He’s 3 and this is great! It was the perfect addition to Christmas gifts! So happy I could find some lion guard toys through amazon! Good stability and product. No issues with packaging or shipping, it came nicely packaged and as described!

The way it was advised made it look & sound as if more of the lion guard caterers were in the package. But we're not. Just 1 hyena. I had just enough time to purchase the rest of the lion guard caterers before Christmas. But grandson loves it. It goes great with the rest of the lion guard playsets that he has. He's 3 yrs old.

Could have came with more for the high price. Sort of a rip off

Great Purchase! My 4 year old son loves the Lion Guard and got the Hyena Hideout set along with the Pride Lands play set. He can spend hours setting up the characters and playing out different scenarios. The Hyena Hideout has a lot of great little features that move that kids will love interacting with.

If you have a Lion King fan in your family, them add this set to their collection. Children love to re-enact the scenes from the movie, including the "bad guys". Cute set even if the hyenas are creepy!

My 5 yr old grandson loved it. Easy to assemble in fact he did it. Ready to play with in minutes. Success for grandma!

My Grandson loved it and was so happy. BUT IT DID STATE LEFT IN MY MAIL BOX I WOUKD LIKE TO SEE THAT HAPPEN WITH SUCH A BIG BOX IT WAS ACCUALLY LEFT ON MY FRONT PORCH.
