Most of what he wants to do such as obtaining characters, trading characters, and upgrading characters all cost money - Nanocash, and you do not get much value for the money. We also found that players do use negative and somewhat nasty language toward other players. Also, some players have found a way to steal other players characters during trades. Technical support is aware of this, but they do not seem to be able to do anything about it. My son has lost two of his best characters this way.
