It is very simple, smooth and well designed. Owner extremely good, reached out to confirm delivery and offered to answer questions. I bought it to keep my son's extension shower low enough for his reach. It can be tricky to properly attach onto the wall tiles (it does not need tools), so it can easily come off, if not well attached. In my case, after proper mounting, it came off the wall twice because of the sheer weight of the extension shower head. In another the second occasion, it fell with the shower head after holding up for about one hour of stead and av little close to my son in the tub. Overall, it's a good piece, if you mount well and don't have a heavy extension shower head.

This product is very good. We used it to lower our showerhead so our 5 year old can use it. It has great suction, very sturdy and easy to use. We liked it so much we bought one for grandma to use when she needs to sit down and shower.

As advertised, works well.

It was cheap, I should have expected plastic. It worked for the short term to keep a showerhead where I wanted it.

However, the sucksion will sometimes let go in the middle of the night..dropping into the tub which startles me and causes me to jump a little. I just reattach it at my next shower.
