Best price & Good stove
First of all I did my homework on this stove and found that the price is the lowest on Amazon. There are stoves like this that all come from the same manufacture in China, the companies here just add their logo to them. I had thought about ordering from the manufacture over there but did not want to wait a month or more for shipping and really the price was only about $30 less so I decided to order from here. The stove is really light and comes with a good carry bag with all things packed into it. Setting up the stove was easy and you do need to have someone help you the first time you roll the chimney, it is long, almost 8' I think and you do need to tie it down because it is light and a small wind can topple it, but they have rings to attach a paracord to it. When rolled up there are gaps in the pipe and you probably could seal them with that silver fire tape but then you would have to take it apart and really, the smoke does not come out of those gaps. The legs are good but like I said unless you tie the chimney down it could topple the stove. Me, I'm going to try placing it on some flat rocks and tie it down, I think that would work better. Wear gloves when rolling and unrolling the chimney because that metal is as sharp as a razor and will cut you.Starting a fire was easy and I have to say it burns better than another stove I have and it does get a nice patina when hot. The holes on the front work just as they would in a large stove, close them a little and it seems to make the wood burn slower and it does put out some heat but have not tried it yet in my Tipi yet. It does cool down fast and I have not tried to see how long I could go before putting more wood in but if I can get 2 or 2.5 hrs. out of a burn I'm happy I'll only have to get up maybe 3x during the night to fill it. You can cook on the top for coffee and maybe a small fry pan but I bought it to heat the tent during the winter and maybe make some coffee, tea, soup or something on the top and to use while ice fishing. I'm going to look somewhere, maybe home depot or like store to see it I can get and make my own chimney down to a 5 or 6 ft. size. All in all, I like it and besides why would you pay for a similar stove at a higher price? I gave it 4 stars because if it would clean itself, then 5....My extras that I will use are gloves, a scraper for ashes and maybe that silver stove tape if I decide to keep it and not tear it down....but when you do it saves a lot of space.***Update*** 12/3/2020 I put actual "logs" in the burner rather than pieces of branches or thick branches and once it started fully to burn, got hot and turning the vents down about in half got 3 to 3.5 hrs. of burning and heat. Still have to try it in a tent but don't see any issues there, waiting for a cold snowy weekend. Who knows, if I can get 4 hours on the burn I'll go for 5 stars...

So far, so good. Like the unit during the first burn.
The media could not be loaded. I don't think the gloves provided are for Wookie sized people. Well packed and shipped on time. Feels very light. After reading others issues with the sharp metal, the first thing I did was head to the shop and deburr all the parts. Being a machinist we are taught to deburr all of our parts in manufacturing. Anything we make that has a burr on it is our liability as we created the burr. Why the manufacturers didn't follow this same standard principal is beyond me however, being fabricated in China might be the reason. Just be careful. After deburring the chimney pipe, I set out to find a way to roll it with one person. Using a piece of white 2-in schedule 40 pvc, and some tape, I was able to roll the chimney by myself without any creases. I taped the chimney material to the PVC pipe and started to roll the entire thing all at once. As I put the rings on one end I would remove the tape in that area. As I worked my way down with rings, I kept removing the tape. Once I was at the other end with all rings on, I was able to lightly pull the PVC out from the chimney. I then started applying the metal bands around the chimney so it would hold its shape when I found some of the bands were smaller than others. This adds a slight bit of difficulty to the build having parts that don't all match however a little deburring on the inside of the rings seem to solve the problems. Once the chimney was rolled the rest goes together just as you might see on the web. I'm working on my first burn now while I write this, and I think this stove has the potential to get me through chilly nights in my hot tent this fall. The only drawback I see during the initial burn is the joint between the sides and the bottom. There seems to be a small Gap that will let smoke out depending on the draft going up the chimney. Will work on this more to see if there's a simple solution.First burn done and I like the controls. Everything works. I will swap chimney end for end on the next burn to set a curve in the material on each end. Will pair with my teepee and stove jack shortly for a in tent trial with CO2 detector close for reference.

Not worth it!!!!!
Neat little stove, but unless you ABSOLUTELY NEED a lightweight stove, grab something else. Chimney is neat, despite cutting myself on the rasor thin metal, while fighting to get this thingto roll up halfway proper, mostly dented and crimpled so that it will forever be misshapen. I wish i had returned it. Save yourselves, its to late for me.

Decent lightweight stove.
Unit is lightweight. Four legged model is a bit of a pain to assemble, only due to small parts (wingnuts and nuts with all thread rods.) Will make using as a backpack stove a pain because small parts end up getting lost.Puts out a decent amount of heat. Initial burn in had temperatures on the top ranging from 350-500° F. Chimney temps were consistently 250°F or lower. Temps varied depending on recent addition of wood. Just coals temps on top (cooking surface) 250-300° F.Reloading stove from hot coals to burning fire averaged about 40 seconds. For Chimney assembly use a pvc pipe to assist, preferably with 2 people.Would recommend that if going to purchase go with two legged model

Fast shipping, easy setup, great stove.
Works great! Shipping was really fast to the US from China. Take extra care with rolling the pipe. I made a few dents while rolling causing some smoke leak and had to order a new chimney.

Great Little Stove
Just what I needed. To make rolling smoke stack easier I used a 2 inch section of PVC pipe and had no trouble doing it on my own. Opted for the two leg version for ease of setup and stability. Burnt it in yesterday using Teak. Put last load of wood in at 5pm and left damper full open, was surprised to find still hot coals in stove next morning.

Great little stove
A good alternative to a pomoly foldable stove. Very lightweight and transportable. Flue design could be better as it warps. Other than that it works great. Also comes with a spark arrester which wasn’t in the description when buying but an absolute must so really glad this was included to guy out the chimney in high winds. Glass window is a great size and feature also.

Very light and portable stove for trekking
First, really really fast shipping from Danchel OUTDOOR. I received the parcel within less than a week from China to Canada, Montreal area. Very well packed up. Could not be dammaged during transit time.Second, They used UPS shipping and it offers a ''online customs payment option'' wich was less than expected. This makes the transit shipping process so fast! Really nice service. 36$ CAD.Stove works pretty well for my 10x10 hot tent. I posted a picture of my tent and the chemy burning, trying first in my backyard. Easy to assemble, very light in my backpack. I gave 4 stars because of the damper grid which is deformed by the heat and becomes difficult to close and open once the stove get pretty hot. The damper on the Pomoly model stove seems to have a better working concept whatever the amount of heat produced. I will do several fires in my stove and reach the customer service to get advices on the subject if I don't find any solution. I tryed to give a little negative shape of the damper grill before starting the stove, but the problem persists after a few minutes. Damper still gets difficult to close from half wa and more.I'm gonna try couple nights in my backyard before getting in the forest alone. I'll give a update after my first experiences.I like the little glass wich allows to see how is the burning.*** Updates *** 10 Febuary 2021 ***I tryed with a hammer to make the damper grid flat, it seems to work, but not at all. There is still deformation when heated. Maybe I will enlarge the slots for the damper so that even with any small deformation, the damper would close and open as smooth as possible.I decided to make my own bags. They are smaller and they are easier to pack in my back pack.

Read this. Don't buy
Big loss of money. The Stove is basic cheep metal sheet that as been machinely cut to fit into one another. It looses smoke and It does a very bad job at holding heat. The chemine is an absolute joke. Again, a sheet of metal sheet the you role together (trying not to cut yourself). Then after a very short while of being rolled up and down it gets all bent up and you'll smoke your tent. I wouldnt pay 50$ for this now that I have see & tryed it. Never felt ripped off that much on Amazon before.

Light and compact
Made of sturdy light material it is ideal for outdoor winter camping. Beware of the first time you roll the pipe as it is extremely sharp-edged...Do put metal glove to roll it the first time and better yet two people are needed to ensure not to bend it in any way as the marks WILL stay and make it difficult to roll back into its original form to fit back in the bag provided... It took less than ten minutes for me and my son to put together and cut our hands' plenty during the process...Ounce we got the hang of it with a little blood on the edges lol... But very happy with the purchase and the kit is complete with the fireguard for the pipe orifice of the tent.

Just about perfect
It’s actually a very decent little stove, before you try to roll up the chimney for the first time PLEASE watch some YouTube videos on how to do it properly, no pool noodles or multiple people required if you roll it on a slight angle!I’ve been out several times with it so far and the stove works as it should, the sliding dampener does distort a little bit but they have a butterfly style available too, I just control airflow with the vents on the door and they work quite well.Overall I’m quite happy with it 👍
