I like the texture and the flavors are pretty good. The idea of gels is to pack in as many carbs in as small of package as possible. These pack one highest grams of carbs per grams of gel out there. Some brands boast having more, but when looking at how many carbs you get per packet, they will be lower than Torq. Torq breaks all their gels and drinks into “units per hour”.
