Color is very visible in light and glows amazing under UV. 4. Dries quickly. Stays moderately stable when wet, doesn't run. But still peels easily when water is applied and paint is rubbed. Comes off skin, hair, lashes and all surfaces completely. Cons: 1. Consistency is iffy. I mean, this isn't quality cosmetics people. You get 6 colors for this price. But it's completely workable!.
