The actual bite guard fits great and very good quality. Would have given 5 stars but the order took almost 6 weeks to receive.

Getting the impression kit was fast, sent email picture as required of impression and I received a response asking for the tracking number and address to return the mouthguard once impression is received in the lab. Since then, no responses to my emails and no sign of life from the lab or customer service. May need to request a refund. Also had to pay to ship the impression, which cost upwards of $20. Didn’t expect that part of the process.Still waiting for my mouthguard. Have been told it will take upwards of one month to produce then ship back to me. Very unhappy with the timeline.

The process was very easy. Made the mold and took the picture of it to get approved first. Then mailed it off. Received the mouth guard and the fit was perfect!! Great price!

I took the impressions of my teeth and sent it off to their lab over 5 weeks ago. Not once was I contacted, I had to contact them to confirm receipt. I was told “yes” they received it but one of their machines was broken and they needed 2 more weeks. 10/27 is their dead line. Again no feed back from them at all.
