## Description

Always Maxi Overnight Pads provide you a PERFECT NIGHT SLEEP with 45% larger back vs Always Regular Maxi Pad for better coverage during the night. If you’re looking for uncompromised period protection, you’ve come to the right place. Always Maxi Pads ABSORB 50% MORE vs. same size Always Ultra Thin Pad. Additionally, Always Maxi Pads also feature the Always 3X Protection System to give you up to 100% leak-free comfort, no matter how you sleep. Always Maxi Pads possess RapidDRY Technology, which works to wick away gushes fast to absorb more than you may need. Experience long lasting protection with leakGUARD technology that locks in leaks, and SecurelyFITS helps the pad stay in place throughout no matter what you do. Make sure that you are getting the right protection from your pad, as using the wrong pad size can lead to leaks. Whether you have a heavy flow or a light one, Always has you covered. Always Maxi Pads come in a range of sizes fit your flow and size perfectly depending on your needs. If you have a light flow or need a teen-sized pad, then we would recommend using our Always Maxi Pad size 1 to 3. If you have a heavy flow or want overnight protection, then we recommend using our size 4 or 5 Always Maxi Pad. We've got your flow covered day and night for up to 100% leak-free protection.

Review: Dependable, Comfortable, and Great for Overnight Use - These Always pads are a staple for me. They’re easy to use, stay in place well, and provide really reliable protection. The adhesive holds strong, so I don’t have to worry about shifting throughout the day or night. They’re super absorbent and work especially well for overnight use, which is a huge plus. I feel comfortable and secure wearing them for longer periods. I’ve used these for years and still prefer them over pricier brands that don’t perform as well as they claim. Overall, they’re consistent, effective, and a great value for the money.
Review: Overnight coverage choice and stable wings design - I usually reach for a longer pad at night because I move around in my sleep, and regular daytime pads can feel too short for that. This one feels thicker and has more coverage toward the back, so it works better for nighttime or heavier days. Once the wings are pressed down, the pad stays in place pretty well and does not shift around much while sleeping. It is not a thin style, so I would not pick it first with tight pants during the day. For me, it fits better for sleeping, staying home, or any time I want a little more coverage. I also like that it is unscented because there is no extra smell when using it. The count is useful for keeping some in the bathroom and a few in my bag as backup. It is on the thicker side, but the coverage and fit make it a solid night option for me.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How thick are these? Do they feel bulky?**
A: They are thin out of the package but bunch up into several lumps while you wear them. Not only that they do not stick well to the underwear. They are terrible. Buy something good like Poise.

**Q: how do the "wings" work? How should they be placed?**
A: They wrap on each side. A left wing and right wing. Very thick pad.

**Q: i secure for my sister ?**
A: Yes this is a good brand. It doesn’t leak and provides, comfortable and extra protection.

**Q: Never received my other item but was told everything was delivered on the same day what can I do about missing item**
A: We recommend reaching out to the seller directly to learn more. They'll be happy to help with this.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My go to pad
*by A***R on February 10, 2026*

I’ve been using Always Maxi Overnight Pads with Wings (Size 4) for a long time, and they never let me down. They’re super absorbent and give me real peace of mind overnight—no leaks, no shifting, and no waking up to check if everything’s okay. The wings hold securely in place, even if you move around a lot in your sleep. They’re comfortable, not bulky, and do a great job of locking in moisture so you stay dry. I also appreciate how reliable they are during heavier nights when protection really matters. If you want something you can trust to get you through the night without stress, these are it. Definitely a staple and 100% worth it.
