Barely Changed my Hair Color.
This was my first experiment with hair color, and while it wasn't a disaster, it wasn't exactly a success, either. I have medium-brown hair and followed the instructions on the box. I thought I'd end up with bright pink/red streaks, but instead I had... kinda-sorta red tint streaks. It may possibly be because my hair's a bit lighter than the model's on the box and didn't have enough contrast, but I was very disappointed with the lack of color. Will not buy again.

Easy, fun product. Hair will need TLC afterward.
I have used this product several times, and it definately scores high marks for easy and effective. I must note, that (on me at least), the color was more of a bright pink (please see the customer photo that I uploaded). Also, if you are going to use this or any product that lifts (bleaches) the hair, you really need to spend some extra money on professional shampoos, conditioners, and leave in oils/treatments. If you use cheap products, you may never get the protien and shine back into your hair. Your hair CAN recover from color treatments like this, just don't expect to repair it with any product available at the grocery store, or big blue chain stores (you know who I'm talking about).......I highly suggest these Fekkai products in terms of repair Fekkai Technician Color Care Starter Kit

What a waste of $20
The product, both boxes purchased, was long, long past expiration. The color didn't do anything except bleach out my hair to a light brown. (I am a natural dark brunette.) I've used this exact product before, purchased in-store, and in the past it has turned my dark brown hair into a lovely shade of fire engine red, but not these boxes. Had I known that this seller was selling expired hair dye - and without noting it in the product description - I never would have purchased it. What a waste of $20. (And, yes, expired hair dye usually will not color the way that it's intended to.)

Worked great on my dark hair
This dye is super easy to use and the color lasted for quite a while. The color did turn out a bit different than the color on the box, more of a pinkish red, but it was still very pretty. I was surprised this worked on my dark brown hair without me having to bleach it first. This is an all in one coloring kit, unlike most fantasy dye colors, so you do not have to strip your hair first. It comes with a little mixing container as well as a tool to apply the color. I felt that the tool worked better on smaller sections or when adding highlights, especially on my sons short hair. I used gloves when applying it to larger sections of hair. I did learn recently that this dye has been discontinued so get it while you can!

I have used this product before and absolutely loved it. It lasts a long while
I have used this product before and absolutely loved it. It lasts a long while, it's easy to use and the color came out gorgeous. I plan to use it again in a few weeks. Now, this picture was taken in Mexico after being in salt water and in a chlorine pool. It didn't fade nearly as fast as I expected it to. I would highly recommend it. My hair is a dark blond, super light brown naturally. It's usually colored but every time I have used it, no matter what color it was before I use it it has turned out bright.edit 3/6/15Used this product like I did in the past. It turned out splotchy and horrible. I now have to pay again to fix my hair. Not happy. Was this old hair color? I couldn't find a expiration date on the box...

A nice bright red without bleaching
Used to use this as a teen. I have naturally black hair and it would actually work! A nice bright red without bleaching. So I bought it again and I am thoroughly disappointed. I put this over pre-bleached hair, expecting the color to be brighter but it wasn't.Also, it used to last two months, this time it washed out in two washes.Don't know what changed but its no longer worth the money. 3 Stars because it used to be good, maybe I got a bad batch. I won't be wasting my money on it again though, so I guess I'll never know.

Short hair, bright fuschia
I have been using L'oreal Paris Colour Rays in Fuschia for several years as an all over color and I love it. I have dark brown hair (with lots of grey) naturally and this turns it a brilliant pink color. My hair color gets more compliments from people than I ever have with any other coloring product. The only problem I have ever had is this will stain skin and your tub, so make sure you cover your skin with petroleum jelly, and your tub with a light layer of conditioner. (but, be careful so you don't fall.)This is enough dye to color hair up to a little longer than what the girl on the box has. I have a bit more than that hair and it is plenty. The brush that comes with it is a bit difficult to work with on kinky hair, but it will work if you are careful.

yay!
In love but I still think there's no real difference between red or "fushia" unless you have lighter hair or its bleached.I like that it only takes 30 min and is the only dye I've ever used that works on DARK hair! It seriously looks bright red moreso than the girl on the box and my hair is dark brown (Mexican) Lasts a looong time and looks great! Wish Walmart didn't replace it with some lame brand that comes with bleach.... Now I have to order online and pay for shipping! Oh well!!!!!
