The ports used are powered, they glow blue and the drives are powered, but no communication with computer. All diagnostics done on computer are fine, and plugging the drives into a different hub works fine. But, even after a restart, the drives are powered up but are not communicating with the computer. Charging ports work fine, other USB devices that do not require communication with computer are working fine, so the problem is not power, it is communication.
