Motorola Droid RAZR 16GB XT912 4G LTE White - Verizon

The phone came in a well packed box. We outnit on to charge for a day before we took it in to get our number put on it. Once we received out other phone we took it in to get number on it and found out that the battery was no good. It is a two hour trip from r us to get someone who knows what they are doing with the phones. At this point I have no choice but to wait for the phone to be fixedand have another $70 battery installed. Suppose I could have sent it back, but time is hard to find at time and the bad battery already cost enough. Phone now works great for now.

I ordered this phone to replace one I damaged after three years. The only reason, I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, originally the price was lower, and then the order was cancelled by the seller, and I had to order it at a higher cost. I still love the phone and it was easy to have the sim card transferred from my previous cel; no problems with my service provider. I recommend the phone and the seller.

I use this an a media player without a sim card (so I do not have phone functions). The screen has a strange green tint to it noticeable on grays. I use four apps on it commonly: PocketCasts, Google Play Music, Audible, and YouTube Music. This device does not have the specs that the newest versions of these apps without problems.

I got this phone because in the description it said it was "like new" but when I got the phone, there was an approx. inch scratch on the screen of the phone. The reason I gave a 2 and not 1 star was that they were willing to take back the phone and exchange it, but that is after I ship it to them, they take 24 to 48 hours to inspect the phone, and then wait for the replacement phone to get her. Not likely. I am unsatisfied and the next time they want to sell a phone with a scratch on it, I hope they explain the defect in the description. I hope that this helps.

Hate this phone! I have only had it two months and would not recommend to anyone. The battery doesn't fully charge and the screen is getting really touchy. If you run an app to long it goes into a 'cool down' mode and you can't do anything but make emergency calls. Not cool when you are using the maps to get someplace. Over all it is a an easy phone to use but at what cost.

My daughter is very happy with this phone and I like it so much I may even order one for myself.

Ordered this for my brother in law and when he received it the speaker constantly goes in and out. Spoke with the seller he offered to replace the phone and was going to email me a shipping label to return the phone. This was a few days ago and I still have not received an email. Not only is the speaker defective the phone freezes all the time, constantly loses network connection and the battery life is awful!! I do not recommend this phone at all!!

Phone was exactly what was in description, but this phone has very bad battery life! Would recommend the other droids.
