I have purchased several different steamers which did not work as expected. They would spit and sputter making it difficult to use on silks. I am a seamstress and it is important to dry clean or launder the material first. This steamer is very fast in building steam and it does not spit or sputter or leak in any way. Love it!!

The steamer function itself is OK. Like many have said, it tends to drip or spit hot water on you, your clothes or whatever you are trying to steam. It does heat quickly and generate adequate steam. The reason I gave one star is that after only 2-3 weeks of use the plastic water tank has deformed on the underside (due to the heat I guess) and now, the plunger that lets the water from the tank into the steamer will not open. I have to pour water periodically and a little at a time into the steamer reservoir in order for it to operate. The plastic tank should hold up better to heavy use.

I just own it for two weeks but have used it a lot! So far I am very pleased with my steamer:It’s easy to get all the pieces/parts out for assembly, and also easy to put away and folds down into a small compact machine;It heats up quickly and gets the wrinkles out fast and smooth, I even try to use it to steam couches and armchairs!It works so quietly that I can't even tell when it is running;I am also very impressed with the large capacity container that really gets the heavy job done quickly!Again, I love this steamer and would recommend it highly!

The steamer works pretty well. I used twice and my wife used once, and we did not see any water drip out. Kind of strange as many other folks said. Actually, this steamer heats very quickly and generate adequate steam to iron your shirts and pants. One thing which I do not like is the pole(extend to highest) is a bit lower for me. I would not give 5-Star if my mom did not come to visit us. Last week, my mom came to visit us, and she saw my wife used the steamer and she was attracted by the stand steamer. “Wow, this steamer is much better than my traditional iron.” I am always a good son. After discussed with my wife that we will get another one with lomger pole, we gave this one to my mom as she thinks this is perfect for her. She defitely loves this new gift.

I have wanted a garment steamer ever since I saw it at a friend's place but the piece seems high. When I saw this steamer and the reviews the price is really attractive. During the holiday weekend I assembled it and put it to use. The assembly is easy and the machine is ready in 45 seconds. Steaming is effortless and fast, got a shirt done in 2 minutes. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone considering a garment steamer!

Steam comes so fast with only seconds of waiting time. I use pure water instead of tap water in case any scaling, So far so good. I would suggest manufacturer add function to control different steam levels as needed in their further product design.

I'm glad that I got this standing clothes steamer. It's much much better than the handheld ones. The price is also great. It has clear instructions and is easy to install. I used less than ten mins to put it up and so far it does its job pretty well. While I was expecting a bigger water tank but anyway it's enough for my own use. The most satisfying thing about this product is that it comes with several accessories that makes it much easier to steam the clothes.

This steamer is awesome! Heats up fast and is ready to go in less one minute. Easy to use and a time saver, is better than my old one which has been leaking hot water. Right now I don’t need to worry about these problems. Good stuff! I’ll recommend it to my friends

The steamer works yes, but there are flaws in the design.1. The on off switch is on the wrong side. If you want to hide this somewhere you need to take it out every time either to access the on/off switch or to gain access to the hose.2. There is no holding spot for the attachments, I can consider those lost in a couple of months.3. If the hose is not fully extended there is gargling and water is sprayed out of the hose.Also, the one I received had a frayed hose wrapping.*Revised Rating to 1 star due to poor customer service as you can see all communication with the seller in the comments section of this review.

Have been using this product for sometime. Its very solid built and does it work perfectly. Its quick and easy. I have had no issues with using it. Installation was a breeze and the steam comes in decent flow . Overall, good quality and good price

This steamer works well and is very compact. My issue with it is actually the size, being a tall guy I find this steamer to be much shorter and less robust overall than my previous steamer. Some may find this an advantage, but for me the hangers are too low and over unit is a bit too unstable for my liking.

Works well but was difficult to detach at first. It has gotten easier though

Quality frame and device. Some issues with it 'gargling' and spitting boiling water out if the wand is not fully extended vertically.
