Overall, a solid Buffer
I used to have a similar buffer-polisher, but it was a corded model. It was a real pain to use for that reason, with the cord constantly getting in the way. When I saw this Worx 10" model it seemed to be a good item to get, especially since we have another Worx tool so we can share batteries across the two tools as needed. The buffer is very well designed, with the handle wrapping all around the tool to allow grabbing it from just about any angle. The random-orbit action works well also. The tool comes with one 2 Ah battery, a quality charger (by this I mean that it's a 'real' charging station that plugs directly into an AC receptacle without employing a 'wall wart'), an instruction booklet, and four bonnets - 2 cotton and 2 wool (or wool-like).I would have awarded five stars if it wasn't for one thing: the polisher head. It is made out of layers of different densities of foam apparently glued together. When I installed one of the bonnets it was a very difficult thing to do (which is typical for these polishers) and required a lot of force to finally get on the head. During the struggle, I could hear sounds that to me seemed to be the foam separating from the other layers and the orange pad that they are bonded to, apparently with glue of some sort. It leads me to have doubts about the longevity of the parts, and in an internet search I could not find replacement parts for this model. Since that's what led to the demise of my prior corded polisher as well: the glue on the foam pad disintegrated, I'm wary of having a similar issue with this model. Hopefully it won't come to that with the Worx, but only time and use will tell.

Bonnets are tight at first but no real fitment issues
I got this to replace a corded model that was starting to show its age. This buffer is well balanced, lightweight and easy to use. The rpms don't get super high for burn in issues. The included bonnets are decent quality and fit very snug on the foam backer and it did take a bit of effort to get the first bonnet on the pad but after swapping out covers a few times the foam backer pad had broken in enough for an easier quick exchange and what felt like a correct fit. The 2 ah battery seems adequate for a mid sized car or SUV waxing session but if a large pickup truck or boat were on the job list I'd opt for a larger ah or have a spare charged battery available so I didn't get caught mid polish with a dead battery.

Large Size and Ergonomic
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this buffer to replace my old corded buffer. The buffers make it so much easier to wax your car. This one is great because it is battery operated, so no need to hassle with pulling a cord around. This buffer came with a 20V battery, and charger. The battery does not have a charge indicator light, which I find is always a bit of a bummer. I do like to check how much charge I have in a battery before I take on a job. I suppose the best thing to do with this particular battery is, charge it after every use. This buffer is also part of Worx battery share line. The batteries are compatible with tons of other tools that Worx offers. The buffer itself is quite large. The buffing surface has a diameter of 10 in, so this is definitely meant for buffing large surface areas. I also occasionally use my buffer when refinishing furniture. I like to buff the furniture wax, but unfortunately I think this buffer is too large for that purpose. This buffer is ideal for buffering objects such as cars and boats. The buffer did come with four buffing pads or bonnets. There were two terry cloth and two wool bonnets included, but unfortunately they did not fit the buffer. However you can get a pretty decent size pack of buffing pads on Amazon for around $25.One thing I do love about this buffer is, It is very ergonomic. Due to the handle, which pretty much surrounds the buffer, you can hold it with just about any way that feels comfortable to you. It is very easy to control due to the ergonomic handle. This buffer only has one speed, and the vibration is fairly minimal. It really is a pretty easy buffer to control.Overall, this is a great buffer. The large diameter allows for you to get the job done fast. I also love the design of the ergonomic handle. This buffer is very easy to control, and comfortably hold. Lastly, the fact that it is battery operated, takes away the hassle of pulling around a cord. This buffer is definitely going to get lots of use in my garage.

The polishing/buffing pads don't fit the 10" foam base.
When I attempted to put the polishing/buffing pads on, they ripped the foam pads off, that were glued on the orbiting base of the buffer. The polishing/buffing pads were not the correct size for this buffer. At best they might fit a 8" buffer. Not happy yet.
